What are the best Social Networking sites for HR Technology discussions?
I am working with an HRMS Consulting group - who are ready to get more plugged in to Social Networks. Other then Focus.com, and the usual SN suspects, what are the hot HR-specific SN sites that they should establish presence in?

I have been a long standing member of www.trainingzone.co.uk and www.hrzone.co.uk, though I am not as active as I used to be.
They are both good for increasing your reach in the HR field, but you need to be aware that you are not allowed to use the forums for plugging your services and response must be constructive to anyone, not just your customer base.
Hi Nick - I'm a part of RecruitingBlogs.com which is a social network for recruiters and HR folks on Ning. It's a very active community of HR experts writing and talking about recruiting and other management topics.
Thank you both Nik and Katy. Very useful. Nik, valid comment about avoiding using Social Networks for shamelessly plugging your services. I think it's a common dilemma that many people face until they totally understand the long term benefit that straight-talk and giving unfiltered advise can bring to them both personally and professionally. We are on the same page.
I believe, Linkedin is the best social network websites for HR purpose.
