What are the biggest indicators that your enterprise needs team building training?

Great question Jeanne. I might look for some of the following indicators:

1. People don't trust each other.
2. Continuous unresolved conflict.
3. Hidden agendas.
4. People actively working against each other.
5. People pulling rank on each other.
6. Leadership that is not involved.
7. Groups that can't get an assignment done.
8. Gossip.
9. Lack of morale.
10. A workplace that doesn't feel cohesive.

The idea would be to start focusing on the behaviors people exhibit in the workplace and how you can shift them slightly so that people can actively collaborate. I'd also ask leadership to commit to ongoing team building as part of the company culture, not just a band-aid when things get out of hand.
