Hi Jeanne, these requirements depend on your state. For example if you are a California corporation, there are specific forms that would be filed with state and taxing authorities. If you are in California, I could provide some guidance; otherwise I suggest you consult the web site of the corporation commission in your state and search on business dissolution.

Hi Jeanne, Rick is correct. Go to the Minnesota.gov site and look for the Business Section and then Forms. To qualify for dissolution, a company has to fill out the form and pay a fee. Also as we are in tax season, make sure if you are filing a return to check the box that says Last Return.
