What are the most reputable voice logger systems to record conversations?

I need a voice logger system. I’m looking for a voice logger system to record conversations at my company. What has been the most reliable? Where can I find this product?

Hi Dave,

I'm not sure if you already have a PBX system in place, but if you do, you might want to check with your vendor and see if that is a feature you already have. Some phone systems vendors include voice logging as a feature, or they may be able to upgrade / add that feature in with little extra cost.

Good luck!

Estech Systems, Inc. (ESI) has a call logger product called ESI Media Manager which can automatically record calls.

Thanks, Dave. I haven't heard of Estech Systems yet. I'll have to check them out.

Caty, is correct.

In addition, there are a number of dedicated call loggers and call recording systems out there that integrate with your PBX or VoIP system. The trick is to find the right one for the size of your business and your specific requirements.

Pure call loggers might include the likes of DigitalSpeech, VPI Capture, Oaisys, OnviSource, etc. I can't speak to the quality here but these tend to be on the cheaper side. Their scale and feature set can be limited.

Then there are companies that specialize in call recording with an emphasis on contact center management, customer analytics, quality analysis, etc. These companies include eTalk, Aspect, Verint, Nice Systems. Note: All of them view recording as commoditized and will also try and upsell you to other products.
