What is the best approach to HR Management in China that you have observed?
International colleagues, I need to learn more about the Human Management constraints and benefits to hiring and managing employees in China. Your insight and experiences would be helpful.
For example, the cultural differences, expectations, work environments (tech industry), talent, payroll, benefits management vs. our US HR management and culture. Very crucial differences that are to be taken into consideration that would not be very obvious to a US HR management team.
If there are reports or links to this information that would be helpful. I'm only finding the marketing glossed over reports to this information.
