What are some of the best Web conferencing solutions available for meetings of 25 to 50 people?

I'm planning a Web conference for about 25 people, but the attendance rate could rise to 50. I want to be able to share files, use multimedia, and talk via phone at the same time. What's the best solution for me?

Hi Lea,

Try Fuze Meeting.

http://www.fuzemeeting.com/

You can share videos, documents and other multimedia files in High Definition. It also works on iPhone so if any of your attendees want to attend your meeting via iPhone, it's possible.

Please don't hesitate in contacting me if you need a demo or more information.

Thank you.

I did a detailed analysis for recommending a web conf tool for my school. And after a lot of research with information that I found online and also testing out the tools wrt usability, my recommendations were (in order) : Elluminate, Adobe Connect and Webex.

Bradon Technologies - The value proposition is: Bradon Technologies provides video, audio and desktop collaboration which can be done 100% over the Internet (phones are optional) using our SAVii™Desk unified communications platform. Easiest way to describe the solution: it is similar to WebEx scenario, but no need to use a 1-800 service for voice, the voice and data all uses the same connection. Perfect for remote users – the technology is flawless. It has so many verticals including the entertainment, Telco's, technology companies etc.

I have been using gotomeeting.com for the past 4 years. I originally did a comparison of all vendors, and it offered the best flexibility with minimal software loading. In working with many of our customers webmeeting software, gotomeeting's solution is still superior for web based meetings. It is easy to use, minimal impact to end users, and a better price.

Their gotomeeting is limited to 15 (Pro) to 25(Enter) users and their Goto Webinar (Enter) allows upto 1000 users. We are a satisfied customer with 4 years of experience across the globe.

MegaMeeting offer video and web conferencing for up to 500 users.
We would set you up for 25 seats with a buffer to 50 using what is needed.
