What are some examples of good team building activities that you've done?
We just brought on 2 more people for our team at our company and I really want to do some team building activities to get everyone more at ease with each other. What has worked for you? Any ideas?

Great question Christine. I've found it helpful to do team building activities that encourage people to share their thoughts and perspectives while the remainder of the group listens to their story. You might create an activity where people pick out a picture from a magazine that means something to them. Sit in a circle and have each person describe what's meaningful to them about the picture and how it touches them personally. When each person is talking make sure the rest of the group is listening.
