What are some good laptops for business use?

I need to get some more laptops for my employees. What are some good, reasonably priced laptops to use at a business?

Because I spend a lot of time at my desk, I have opted for a decent sized desktop and a netbook, this works for me, but would not work for a road warrior, so give some thought as to how the hardware is really used, and what the requirements are.
Then its pretty simple these days, some folks have preferences for one brand or another, but in reality, just pick any reasonably well known brand, make sure it has sufficient RAM ( at least 2Gb) and a decent sized hard drive ( size depends on how the laptop is used). Then its a matter of shopping for the best deal, and making sure that the preferred software/OS is included.
Remember that manufacturers change models with alarming speed, so if you buy todays 'latest thing ', it will be superceded within months, and you will have paid a premium for it.
If your needs are for a fairly standard laptop, shop around for some recently superceded models, you can generally get these at great prices.
Laptops are pretty much commoditised these days, just don't go down the second hand route!
