Kyle, what you're actually asking is "What are the keywords and phrases for my particular business/promotion/marketing effort. There are no cookie cutter SEO "Power Words" per se.
A couple excellent free tools you may find helpful would be http://www.googlekeywordtool.com/ and Dan Thies' "SEO Faststart" Ebook which can be located and downloaded easily at this link .. http://www.seofaststart.com/ .. Dan is one of my mentors and probably one of the very best in the world at SEO (imho)

Kyle, there are no power keywords that are generic. The best way to find power keywords that are most relevant to your business is to look at a competitor site that ranks high in search engines and use Google Keyword Tool like Forrest has pointed to, to find the keywords they rank high for. That is usually a good starting point.

I totally agree with Vaibhan, key words are very relevant. You should think about key descriptions of your services or products. So when, for example, Google is looking for results based on request connected to your business it can easily find you and suggest your page to the searcher. There are many points that you have to take into account to succeed.
I would suggest you to look at the SEO Guide on Ecademy website. In my opinion it is an excellent manual for optimizing your website.
