While many platforms support Video a large majority do not. Being able to feature one or more videos would benefit those like myself who use videos to outline my primary services...

The video is lacking as Johnny said. I also feel customization or optimization of usability is lacking.
On a lot of social media sites, there are options to filter content, but it's still not ideal. There are still not enough effective resources available within social media sites to help people find the best, most relevant, important content in their network. It's still basic "search and you might find" functionality.
