What are the strengths/weaknesses of Highrise CRM?
I've been researching, and have been really impressed with Highrise CRM. What experiences do you have? What are the strengths/weaknesses of this product?

37Signals, the company that creates Highrise, Basecamp and all of those other products use a common marketing appeal; simplicity.
They make all of their products very ease to use. Little to no training at all when it comes to highrise. The interface is extremely intuitive. This is great for the simple things, but comes at a pretty large cost.
Highrise users are always making requests for new features they consider absolutely necessary when it comes to basic CRM, and 37Signals is not bringing forward these features because they want to stick to this simplicity appeal. So they come short when it comes to a lot of different CRM features because they want to stay with their marketing campaign.
You should contrast the feature sof Highrise with another program, as well as understand what specifically your business needs. A good program to contrast with would be WORKetc, which has a massive amount of features when it comes to CRM. The thing about WORKetc is it combines CRM with project management and billing, making it an all in one business management tool. It comes with a huge amount of features and is a good 'control'.
I have literally never heard of Highrise.
