Hi Sarah - this is a market of many niche players... there are products to suit almost any size or nature of business, but I have implemented Salesforce for a few companies now with terrific results!
There are a number of addon solutions which have been developed to streamline salesforce for the real estate vertical, and the customisation potential is outstanding!

I know that Zoho CRM is easily configurable for whatever CRM needs your company has, and I have heard of some commercial real estate companies having success with it. Another option is vTiger, which also comes highly recommended.
For CRM that's tailored specifically for real estate, you might want to take a look at REApplications or ACT! for commercial real estate. They're both web-based, have email integration, opportunity tracking, etc. The only downside of REApplications in particular is that it's a bit limited in functionality if you use a Mac; apparently it doesn't work so well in Firefox/Safari. Of course, if you don't have a Mac, then that's not a problem!

Hey Sarah, You could check out CasePRO, not sure if it will be exacally what your looking for but you should still check out their website and see what you think. CasePRO can be easily adapted to suit any buisness enviroment and the support they offer is really good
