What are the top outsourced telemarketing firms?

Roughly five years ago, as the head of my firm's (at that time) lead development/inside sales effort, I recruited from among several outsourced teleprospecting firms and selected AG Salesworks of Walpole, MA; www.agsalesworks.com.

The differentiator for me was AG's clear indication of what they would and would not do for me and my company. Their approach was to generate quality leads/opportunities and then draw a clear line of delineation and hand them over to me for further action. This fit perfectly for what I was looking for at that time.

Many other competing firms were looking to go beyond that 'line' and become a de facto sales department...and to charge an attendant fee for that service.

Combined with AG's clear statement of work was the energy of their staff, their attitude about teleprospecting (they love it!) and the level of pro-active communication and reporting they provided. I always appreciated how well they stayed ahead of the curve in providing clear, concise and actionable information.

The quality of their staff was probably #1, however. High energy, intelligence and dedication to meeting the client's needs. They achieved this..and still do...consistently.
