What is the best connection for offices, which need to share ERP and phone system?

I have four offices and I need to connect them to my network. They need to share ERP system - Epicor and the phone system, so they can be a part of the extension number of the home office PBX system. Till today they used a Terminal Server technology to connect to the server, but I am looking for something faster and better.

You should contact your telco vendor about MPLS (Multiprotocol Label Switching) to interconnect your offices. At my current company we utilize MPLS cloud to connect our HQ to more than 15 offices worldwide, running Oracle ERP and some VoIP.

Depending on number of employees at each office you will have to carefully figure out the bandwidth requirements for each location. You should also consider implementing WAN accelerators (highly recommend Riverbed) to speed up/optimize the links.

This will depend on a number of conditions which include the number of phones and networked systems (employees) at each location and the bandwidth requirements of the applications they are using. Small office of 3-4 people may get away with a VPN connection with shared data and VOIP links. Larger offices may require much larger dedicated bandwidth. Take a look at the link I've provided bellow. It shows a shared Interoffice VOIP & Data connection which also provides for Internet redundancy. I've configured this with remote offices of around 10 people with a T1 between offices and a T1 to the Internet utilizing Cisco equipment. The design will work with larger links as well as multiple offices. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
