What type of jewelry are you selling (antique). Are you retail? Not knowing too much of your business. Try Ebay go to any trade show collect emails do a mass mailing again base on the type of jewelry. Do you sell on-line? SEO can get you visibility. Shoot me an email to talk more

There are a lot of marketing options available for SMBs. Assuming you have your marketing plan and budget outlined, you may want to consider how things like social networking (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, FourSquare, etc.) and email marketing can help grow your business. There are a lot of marketing automation tools that can help you easily design campaigns, and track the results of your efforts so you can see where to focus next.

Consider looking into the SMB or Marketing groups on Focus to get more advice.

Carla,

There is no one all-purpose best way to market. Everything hinges on your particular business and products and your business model – if you have a store, or online store, or if you sell at flea markets, etc....

If you've been doing this for a while, the best starting point is to talk to and evaluate your customer base. Is there a typical age range, for example? Economic level? How did those people find you?

Ask them where they hang out... Do they buy more jewelry at department stores or at craft fairs? How often (if ever) have they used Ebay, or Craig's List, or Facebook, or their neighborhood newspaper, or ...? You get the idea. And then get your messages out to wherever they are – repeatedly and regularly.

In any event, you absolutely need a good looking, efficiently working ecommerce website. Among many other things, you definitely need to get an email address every time anyone buys something from you. And you need to do regular mailings to those people and their friends. Repeat business, especially for your type of business, can be one of the easiest and biggest goldmines.

Through it all, what's MOST important is to create an effective DIFFERENTIATION for your business and products. Give your market a strong way to remember and value you.

There's lots more to tell – too much for this type of post. Good luck!
