Personally I am going to go for some of Yousaf Sekander's suggestions,
"How to be brilliant" by Michael Heppell sounds fantastic! :) And I have heard a lot of good stuff about "The Art of SEO" lately.
I do want to read more biographies/autobiographies though. I think Michael Jordan's is top of that list at the moment..
