Hey Ed, $499 Installed. Top of the line Cisco Gear, the works, $499. The deal is that ComVoice has implemented the "Cell Phone" business model. Yea, the state of the art Cisco gear is a few grand, but because you have your phone lines through ComVoice under contract, we sell the system below cost. Just like the mobile carriers. So by cutting your phone lines over to ComVoice, and we outfit your office with phones, and the MAC (moves adds changes) is even included. No gimmicks, it's just a cell phone business model applied to the 100 year old business of being a local telephone company.
That answer really depends on several factors.
If you're replacing an existing phone system, locating phone sets where sets are currently placed and utilizing existing wiring, you may be looking at prices as low as $300 to $350 per handset installed with a digital phone system.
If you're looking at an IP system and have to upgrade network switches, or pull new Cat5, you could be looking at $600 to $1000.
Depending, as others have stated, on your setup. New wiring needed and such. Our 4 line (POTS) and 8 phone TVS VoIP Phone System will sell for $2499.00 you can check out here...http://goccsg.com/system.php.
Ed,
With the intro of VoIP and SIP phones the prices are only going to become less expensive then a customer premies equipment.
I can offer a complete Hosted PBX solution using VoIP phones from snom.
A complete package with a 3 year commitment would be $50 per handset per month. This would include porting of existing phone numbers, free long distance in US and Canada, installation, training and support. The additional charge would be for a high speed internet access. The ballpark would be around $550. per month. Please feel free to contact me at dennis@icc-llc.com.
