Waitrose Deliver in the UK offer great customer service. They are quick to answer the telephones, their staff are most importantly empowered to make decisions, every call has been with a 1st Call resolution. The staff are very efficient and they are aware of there products.
Audi UK are also very good at customer service, 1st call resolution, very friendly and the staff have a great level of knowledge.
With both of these premium companies, they have concentrated on one two things, product and customer. The customer does not feel put out by calling these companies, they both have mainland call centres, they may be outsourced but this is not a problem as the level of competency of the staff shines.
Excellent customer service can only be delivered by a company that wants to help its customers. Knowledge, good products
Dell Computers(US) is another example of Great Customer Service.
Though they have outsourced there support center but still its worth if compared with others in the same industry.
