What customer service blogs do you follow?
There are a lot of popular business blogs on the web, and many focus on specific areas like marketing, sales, and finance. I am curious to know what customer service blogs people follow as there doesn't seem to be a ton out there. I personally enjoy Who's Your Gladys and Service Untitled. Both of them cover a variety of topics and post pretty regularly. What other customer service blogs do you follow and why?
