What do people think of IFS ERP?
Have you ever used IFS ERP? Are they a good solution? Do they work for manufacturing companies? How does their supply chain module measure up to something like, say, Oracle or Epicor?? Any general thoughts on this company would be great, thanks!

I do not sell IFS or have any financial relationships with anyone who does.
IFS has kept a low profile in the United States, but the system seems to be very solid and feature-rich. I have seen it in several demos and I really like the user interface and access to information. In this area, I think it is superior to both Oracle and SAP.
They provide pretty deep manufacturing functionality - more than most companies will use. Send me an email if you want a reference for someone that can show you the IFS system. You can get a good look at it via a web meeting.

I have worked on IFS applications and can surely say that it has good functionalities for manufacturing industries(discrete as well as process ). System is very user friendly.
Supply chain module covers all the business requirements and best part is that you can go for step by step implemenation.
