I've been a customer for about six years. After my most recent experiences, I've decided I'm closing my accounts. Moving personal and business accounts to MorganStanley DeanWitter.
I'm a BofA customer for my business and personal accounts. I have not been impressed, but am finally used to them. So far, I've not been impressed with their services for small business.
I have moved all my accounts. After 2 years of fighting through their red tape, I'm done. Their customer service is non-existent. Wachovia (now Wells Fargo) is my bank of choice personally and for my company.
