RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Facilitate processing of deals, including pricing and coordination with legal and contract administration

§ Tracking and monitoring deals in the Machine and eSales to ensure they are moving properly through the process

§ Supporting the sales team in the use of systems and tools (i.e., eSales, sharepoint, online portals)

§ Reinforcing rules of engagement; forecasting policies and procedures

§ Supporting the sales team in pipeline management, including generating and interpreting basic reports

§ Manage the recurring daily, weekly and quarterly reporting needs of the team (e.g., scorecards, forecast, pipeline, etc.)

§ Coordinating regular internal (CDS Academy) and POWER Days training

§ Coordinate with Marketing, understanding campaign schedules for CDS training schedule

§ Supporting and providing insight for organizational efficiencies

§ Providing some administrative support for the Center (e.g., office events, meeting organization, etc.)
