I think it doesn't mean anything other than the company has more capital to grow.
Keep in mind that an IPO these days isn't really an "Initial PUBLIC Offering" any longer. The public won't get shares easily. The shares are taken by the large banks and the public is no longer part of the IPO - we may call it IBO (Initial Banking Offering). There are many reasons why that is but to your question, the fact that public won't be part of it, it won't make a difference i.e. the individual share holder my engage differently.
