What ERP do you find a lot of companies moving to this year?
Oracle EBS, Dynamics AX, Baan, Great Plaines, SAP? Where do you see companies moving to in 2011?

I think it is hard to generalize this type of question. Each ERP vendor has a particular area of strength and weakness, so to answer this question you would really need to look at general ERP market share statistics.
That said, among smaller companies there is a shift toward SaaS products, such as NetSuite and SAP's Business byDesign. Although the movement in that direction is still relatively new, the cloud is definitely an important trend to watch.
Jason,
There are only two monsters in the room, Oracle (and the various former ERP solutions she has now consumed) and SAP. All other ERP's (too numerous to detail) are trying to fight for what little oxygen is left.
As an anside I get asked a lot of questions from my former colleagues at Mincom (MIMS/Ellipse/Aurora) about what they should do with their career this coming decade. My Workforce Planning standard response is pick either SAP/Oracle and get cross-skilled in your functional field (Finance, HR, AWM or Materials). By doing this you have clear T1 skills plus the benefit of implementing a T2/T3 platform which (in my view) requires a greater level of functional/technical knowledge and ownership.
Hope that helps.
SAP appears as the favoured ERP System.
