Short answer :
Certified Engineers - MCSE's - network specialists that design and troubleshoot networks and infrastructures.
Certified Trainers - MCT's - technical experts on Microsoft technologies allowed to teach content for Microsoft certification.
Masters - MCM's - Microsoft Certified Masters - top of the food chain in Microsoft certifications, very very technical, very intense and very expensive - but write your own salary after that.
MVP's - Most Valued Professionals - people who stand out in the community in the technology of their choice. Unrelenting dedication to community service over years and years. Very sought after, only 4000 in the world, less than 250 in SharePoint.
There is also a Community Contributor - people who excel in technical online forum contributions. You can't be a Community Contributor if you are an MVP though.
Hope it helps.
