A reputable source puts the total MA technology market at $200m - See David Raab's blog. http://customerexperiencematrix.blogspot.com/ for some good commentary. He's releasing a report soon too - there may be some additional data to answer your question.
My guess is that all the leading vendors are expecting growth North of 100% in 2011 both in revenue/customer acquisition for the next few years.
