Too bad no one has responded; I think it is a great question. What one do you use Lauren?
I have been using HootSuite recently and they just removed my "Pending Messages" stream in favor of a "Publisher Tab" which I can't stand. I want to be able to see what everyone is saying about us next to what I have scheduled to go out. I know it's just one extra click but I can no longer do a quick scan of everything that is going on.
