What mobile customer relationship management platform do you use?
Our sales department is looking at purchasing a new CRM system in the next few months, and one of the requirements is that the solution have a mobile application that works with either Blackberry or iPhone smartphones. We've demoted Salesforce.com's solution, and haven't exactly been blown away. Scheduled to look at Maximizer's solution next week. What vendor do you use for a mobile CRM platform?
