When a friend or client asks about getting a new or revises web presence, my most frequent answer included WordPress in some fashion. I am a believer in having a blog component of your small business site, and if so, WordPress is the market leader, thus enjoying the broadest support, largest support base and relatively easy to learn to use.

I wouldn't look for a one stop solution here. Sure it would be nice, but its going to be difficult to find something that matches all of your individual needs. I would suggest sitting down, figuring out exactly what your needs are and going from there.
