Apparently, this appears to be a gender-centric question, but in a holistic view, the prying eyes of intelligence identifies its true colours: Lots of women rummage in dark corners seeking what's deep-rooted elsewhere.
Too many occurrences have shown that both labour negotiation and sales negotiation are problem spots confronting lots of women.

Looking at what women bring to the table, rather than the challenges, I'd recommend "Women Make the Best Salesmen" by Marion Luna Brem. It is about selling and price negotiation rather than contract negotiation but the theme is relevant. Women are more able to empathize and draw out the root, compelling reason people buy. (How many male interviewers can get their guests to cry like Barbara Walters or Oprah?)
Brem writes about her experience and what she has learned as a car "salesman" in Texas. Independently she has developed a sales process based on the buyers' decision behavior, very similar to popular sales methodologies taught today. She also categorizes her customers in four profiles comparable to the DiSC profiles.
