Both. People are human assets and profits.
People. We have the motto "take care of employees and customers and the money will take care of itself." In my opinion, once you put the dollar first, you have lost. However, you cannot lose sight of profits and profit margins.
People - both employees and customers. Profits should come if you are treating both fairly and well.
