What sales funnel software do you use?
What sales funnel software do you use to support your company? I run a B2B commercial landscape maintenance company, and I'm looking for a better software to manage our sales funnel. I'm finding that our account reps tend to lose leads, and its costing us revenue. What software do you recommend for a company of about 50 employees (15 users)?

I have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is a web based product that satifies your sales funnel requirements but also comes with an exceptional architecture to build customizations upon. The ability to customize without actually modifying the code (so you can upgrade later) really sets this tool apart in my opinion. My customers, for example, have developed quoting applications, and project manaegement applications all using the Dynamics built in functionalities like workflow, Outlook integration etc.
Hi,
You can use Borneosoft CRM (http://www.borneosoft.com). You can store your contacts and add contacts to leads. You can designate each contact role in the lead, such as decision maker, contact person, etc. You can add products to sales opportunity and when it's ready you can generate quotation automatically without retyping. It is really time saver and of course, you would not just losing leads but every information is kept and can be easily search.
Btw, our search is similar to popular web search like Google. Just type the phrase and the result will be shown. Unlike other system where you have to specify fields to search.
Calendaring and mail is part of the offering. Our Free Edition comes with 2 accounts with 100MB each.
And it is hosted, no hardware/software required.
First question is do you use Outlook for you email? If you do, look at Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It is like working out of Outlook all day long so it's easier for you to get buy in from your Sales people. I know - I am sales and it is a great tool that totally integrates with everything MS. Your calendar, tasks, etc... and all of the other MS products that you use every day.
Don't hesitate to contact me for information if you would like more.
While there are some great suggestions so far, you might want to look at ANT CRM (Aereus Network Tools) as another option. Mainly for the sales funnel tracking, lead management, and opportunity process. ANT CRM also integrates project management, which could be very useful to your Landscape process. ANT CRM is web-based and can manage employees as well as sales people.ANT CRM is designed for individual contacts, or B2B, and is easily customized without specialized programming.
