Put together a list of the Pro's and Con's of the job, company and boss.
Weigh up whether or not you should be in the job and company.
Most people leave companies because of their immediate manager.

Can you describe why you think you don't get along with your boss? Provide some examples? There are two options confront the issues professionally, because after all you don't need to be friends, you just need to work together. The second is to look for an alternative position (same company or not....).
