What software / service do you use to manage your customer or subscriber preferences?
I came across an interesting piece (included below) that discusses the prevalence of the unsubscribe link in all emails - usually in the same spot - and touches upon the lack of an additional or, even, replacement link that instead takes users to a preference center. I was curious, for those of you who do utilize customer preference management tools, what kind of software or services do you use to collect the various types of preferences and requests?
