What talent management tools do you use?

I run a growing manufacturing company, and we're getting to the size where myself and a couple of other upper managers believe we need to implement some sort of talent management system to track current employees' performance and recruit new employees. What talent management tools do you use? Have you found an all-in-one solution, or is it easier to piece something together? Are there any talent management vendors that specialize in the manufacturing industry?
