What VoIP services include call routing as part of their features?
We're going to be implementing a new phone system in our call center and specifically need call routing as a feature. What systems provide call routing and are good at it? Also, what phone systems can tie into a Sage CRM system?

If you are supporting a call center I would highly recommend you take a look at Interactive Intelligence. They have a great product for call centers which includes all of the functionality you are asking about. They do CRM integration and also do call routing as well. I also would recommend you look at Avaya and Shoretel who are large competitors of Interactive Intelligence. All can provide a reliable and very robust solution to help fit your needs.
