May I suggest Aereus Network Tools (ANT). It is an inexpensive but powerful customer and contact manager. Web-Based with sales leads tracking, opportunities, closing rations, objections etc. You can set up accounts and customers, and link them. It can be a simple or detailed as you like. You can manage contacts wirelessly with an I-Phone, Windows Mobile or Droid. You can access files, spreadsheets, documents and or music files from the application.
It's worth it to take a look see.
