What would you say to the professional who created this direct mailer?
I recently received a direct mail piece from a prominent retail golf chain for a Mother's Day event that (1) pretty much snubbed single women golfers or women who don't have children and (2) had NO STORE ADDRESS, WEBSITE OR CONTACT INFO ON IT! There was a return address on the envelope, but guess where that went! The mailer was full color and included a discount card affixed inside with glue -- so obviously this was a pretty expensive mailer. What would you tell the marketer who did this?
