Hi Bob,

An Entrepreneur is someone who takes full responsibility for a new venture, enterprise, or business idea. They also accept full responsibility of the outcome, good or bad.

Social Entrepreneurs take on tasks in a social setting. Meaning they don't always go for profit with their ideas. Social Entrepreneurs can create projects that benefit the homeless, less fortunate, or stems creativity and inspiration.

Green Entrepreneurs operate in a green oriented marketplace. Something that is a win-win for business and the environment.

In my personal opinion, entrepreneurs have to innovate, create, and have an amazing work ethic. They have to inspire people without promising the world and they must be passionate about their service.

Hope this helped. Cheers!

Think like a visionary but act like an investor.

Social entrepreneurs are creating value FROM the world's increasingly connected people. Green entrepreneurs are creating value BY working to reduce the carbon footprint of all industries. "General" entrepreneurs create value FOR others (may or may not require financial benefits). Each of these are able to break new ground and/or create efficiencies for existing products or services, but only successful entrepreneurs can operate sustainably.
