What's the call quality like when using wireless headsets?
I'm considering using wireless headsets in our call center, but I'm concerned all of the frequencies may negatively impact the voice quality on the call. Do wireless headsets disrupt call quality? Is there a limit to how many you should use within a certain area?

Hi Mark,
I managed a 100 seat contact center and had my full staff on wireless headsets. Our Aspect set up was great and we had no issues what-so-ever with voice quality or disturbance.
This being a tech-support contact center, the wireless set up was great for agents to go to separate "testing" areas and to talk the customer through the different devices.
Hope this helps...
