When will CRM turn into XRM (anything relationship management)?
Over the past few months I've seen CRM extend to XRM where X is "anything" and RM is "relationship management". This can be applied to vendor relationship management, supplier relationship management, etc. When do you think we'll start seeing software packages that move from CRM to the XRM way of thinking? Are there vendors that already offer an XRM-type system?

The very purpose of each of 'x'RM suite is different, hence I tend to believe it will be an uphill task to look at one product offering all kind a 'x'RM.
However there are vendors SAP, Oracle who have various of these 'x'RM suite in their overall suite offering, seamlessly integrated across other modules viz., inventory, sales, procurement, finance etc, hence gives absolute control in managing your RM.
