The discussion will start in the public sector as well. I know of a German state Parliament.
The representatives aren't fulfilling their duty full-time and do not get IT equipment from the administration. So they bring their Laptops and Smartphones and like to work with the administration who has a traditional IT environment. So we're talking about draft legislation on "private" computers....
