I would turn to one of the major executive search companies like Robert Half or Ajilon
I'd be tempted to use a head hunter or high profile recruitment consultancy for this, Michael Page or Robert Half or any of a dozen others. There's so many possible variations on an accounting manager that if you are truly unsure what you are looking for they will be able to help you develop a JD in exchange for a crack at filling the slot for you.
