Which Operational Consulting company would you hire for your Contact Center?
There are the big ones of course, KPMG, Doilette, Accenture, but what about others? What is your experience?

One last point that has shown itself in this market. Freshout of college with a degree and lower price does not always make the best choice. There are experienced level people out there that are now in the market place after being removed from long standing jobs whose skill levels are unbeleiveable. and their ideas can improve a contact centers performance quickly and not be a threat to the other employees. Many are not hired becasue of cost (discussion point) age (over 55 just looking for pension). You should look into these people they are a wealth of resouces to everyone in the orginazation
SIngle site or smal number of networked site could go to one firm based on talent. The training level and past references can lead you to some fine companies. Larger companies are more open to delivering unique ad on services or packages for their customers.
There is no fast rule here as with everything in Contact Center it requires research and getting to know those companies. Check those references some of the most well versed companies are ones that have LISTENED the best and ACTED on those concerns.

The right company will be dependant on your specific challenges and goals. I would be happy to have a discussion off line; we may be able to assist or direct you to an organization that can.
There are lots of individual consultants and smaller contact center targeted consultant groups that have been around for some time and are excellent. However, many specialize in, for example, working with inbound or outbound only or with contact centers that are industry specific. Just becasue you are "big" may not qualify you as a "one size fits all" resource.
