For what it is worth...I am having an issue with my hosted IP phone system from phone.com. It seems that when my virtual answering service forwards a call to me (using *9), that the caller's phone number gets placed into my 'Spam Caller' list, and the number is blocked going forward! So, you must consider some small details when outsourcing to web based IP phone services.
