I believe the top software virtualization providers out there are VMware, Oracle VM, and Microsoft Hyper-V. However, have you considered Cloud computing? Instead of virtualizing your servers for higher efficiency and output, simply have a trusted and secure vendor to run the infrastructure for you? This way, you complete forgo the worry for hardware upgrade, maintenance, and IT staffs. IBM offers a number of cloud solutions which might be interests to you. Please take a look at the link below.
