My suggestion is find a local reseller that can support your local network environment and is partnered with a national Hosted provider. Ask them for some references. The biggest problem in the Hosted space currently is getting someone to show up at your front door to troubleshoot your network. Hosted providers won't do this but if you find a good reseller to buy hosted through you get the best of both worlds.
