Who here knows about Behavioral Targeting through Yahoo or other engines/programs?
My company does some really great programs involving Yahoo Behavioral Targeting - essentially we create a billboard type of display ad and are able to put it in front of unique users who are actually searching for a certain kind of product - however I was wondering what other products, programs, or companies you know of do other work of that nature.

We just launched https://www.adneedle.com. It lets anyone buy, create and track highly targeted local rich media ads. Its very easy to use, has geo targeting and behavioral targeting profiles, like "people who want to buy cars, or recent retirees," etc. There are thousands of profiles, that deliver ads to customers on the sites they visit. like Autotrader, WebMd, About.com, Fast Company, People Magazine, etc, etc. Only local delivery.
As a marketer, I struggled with placing locally. Calling pubs, prepping ads, chasing down questionable web stats.Plus I couldn't run on major sites in my area with any degree of ease. No geo or demo targeting. Google and yahoo only have sites within thier networks. We wanted all of them.
We also provide retargeting, delivering ads to visitors to your web site.
