Will 2012 be the year of Security Breach *disclosures*?
http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2399773,00.asp
So far this year, we've had at least two organizations (Verisign and Symantec) own up the fact that their networks were breached in previous years. Ironically, Verisign is now a subsidiary of Symantec.
Will 2012 be the year when organizations are not only hacked, but finally own up to previous breaches?
How will this adversely impact ecommerce, given the nature of the organizations involved?
