I would like to hear from Avaya and Nortel customers and partners
The Avaya acquisition of Nortel's enterprise assets has caused a lot of concerns among both vendors' customers and partners. Avaya recenlty announced its new product roadmap and has also shared its vision about customer migration programs, channel support, etc. I would like to know more about Avaya and Nortel's customers' sentiments. How do you feel about Avaya's product choices and its vision? What are your main concerns and fears? What did you find most positive about the new roadmap and strategy?
